These are AMAZING! I ordered these because my doctor said I have severe dry eyes and suggested cold/warm compresses. Within the first two uses, my eyes felt so much better. Great Eye Mask! I have dry eyes from wearing contact lenses and also from sleeping with a ceiling fan. This mask is great, I warm up the retherm packs and put them in the mask, sit back and relax just allowing the mask to work its magic! Very easy to use. Highly recommend!

Perfect for post surgery! Purchased this to use for my post eyelid surgery, worked perfect. I didn’t use the gel packs for cooling, sadly they didn’t hold up long but the mask was perfect for holding homemade pea packs and ice packs on my eyes. Gel packs worked perfect for heating, just be careful not to over heat them or they will burst. Using the heat mask is also super relaxing and is my new go-to for putting me right to sleep at night! Highly recommend!

Great for back of my neck! I bought this to wear around my neck at work because it is black and could sit under my shirts, wouldn’t leak like ice packs, and is not bulky. It’s perfect.
